With over 15 years of experience in the market, Caio holds a degree in Business Administration from FAAP and a postgraduate degree in People Management from INSPER. He brings a robust background in recruitment and selection firms, along with significant experience as an internal HR executive in scale-ups that became unicorns, as well as in companies at Seed, Series A & B stages.

Throughout his career, he has played a key role in building and maintaining strong, high-performance organizational cultures. His expertise spans Acquihirings, Management Models, Organizational Change, and Design, earning him a reputation as an innovative and strategic leader in people management.

Caio’s professional journey includes roles at renowned companies like Michael Page, Robert Walters, and several successful scale-ups, where he contributed significantly to organizational growth and development. He also works as a mentor, leveraging his expertise to drive business transformation and evolution by aligning market needs with recruitment and people management strategies, positioning himself as a valuable partner for companies seeking talent and sustainable growth.

Maria Rita Spina

ESG & Diversity Partner

Maria Rita is an influential leader in promoting diversity within the investment ecosystem. As the founder of MIA – Mulheres Investidoras Anjo (Women Angel Investors), she drives female participation in startup investments, demonstrating her commitment to diversity and impactful investments. Representing Brazil as the Lead Delegate for the Entrepreneurship group of the W20, she works on facilitating access to capital, markets, and financing for women, bridging Brazilian demands with the G20 agenda.

As an ambassador for WeInvest Latam, the largest community of women investors in Latin America, Maria Rita strengthens female representation in Venture Capital, Private Equity, and other investment sectors. Until 2022, she served as Executive Director of Anjos do Brasil and continues to be active on the boards of organizations like Artemisia and Rede Mulher Empreendedora. She is also a co-founder of Dínamo, a movement shaping public policies for entrepreneurship and startup investments.

Maria Rita shares her expertise in education by teaching courses on investment and innovation at FGV and participating in initiatives such as the Startup Commission at IBGC and the Impact and Diversity Working Group at LAB. With over 35 years of experience and an academic background in philosophy from FFLCH-USP, her career is defined by a strong advocacy for inclusion and the empowerment of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

With over 10 years of experience in executive recruitment and selection—5 of them in Executive Search consultancies and another 5 in strategic roles within HR structures in the technology market—João is a professional driven by a passion for impacting people’s lives. He firmly believes in the power of the right connections to create stories and opportunities that yield significant results for transformative companies.

A graduate in Social Communication from FAAP, with a postgraduate degree in Strategic HR from FGV, João has worked at renowned recruitment firms such as Michael Page and Robert Walters. He has also experienced the other side of the table as an HR manager in the technology sector.

At Kamino, a fintech backed by investment funds, Mirella spearheaded the HR department from the start of its operations, playing a pivotal role in scaling the company to over 50 employees in just two years. During her tenure, she implemented processes, policies, and systems that strengthened the organizational culture, including performance management, engagement initiatives, and diversity programs.

Currently, she is a partner at Rock It Consultancy, specializing in recruitment and selection for digital companies, technology firms, and VC-backed businesses. Her work reflects her experience as a headhunter and her leadership in HR roles within innovative organizations, offering a consultative and tailored approach to meet market demands.
