Rock It is a consulting firm specialized in recruitment and selection, with strong presence in the tech ecosystem, startups, and scale-ups across Latin America. We also support traditional companies seeking transformation, innovation, or the structuring of digital and technology teams. Our work spans all hierarchical levels – from C-level to support roles – including affirmative action positions focused on diversity and inclusion.
Founded by Caio Chedid, a professional with extensive experience in recruitment and leading People & Culture teams, Rock It grew stronger with the arrival of partners João Baccarat and Mirella Stefanelli leading Recruitment and Mentoring, Lívia Salgado as a partner in Compensation Strategy, and Maria Rita Spina heading ESG and the Hogan method. What sets Rock It apart is the experience of its partners – professionals who have sat on both sides of the table: in specialized consultancies and leading HR and Talent Acquisition areas in companies ranging from large corporations to unicorns.
With a strategic, agile, and personalized approach, we combine market knowledge, human sensitivity, and well-established tools to ensure accuracy and speed in delivery. We operate across three main areas: Talent Recruitment, Strategic Compensation, and Development & Culture.
We are business partners committed to results and sustainable growth.

Mariana Fernandes Prado Tortorelli
HR Manager | RDI – Talent Management
“I had the opportunity to work with Caio and the team for almost four years. Caio always showed a true business partnership mindset, which really impressed me. He was able to understand the business and the complexity of each role, which is why he brought in candidates who were highly aligned — many of whom are still at the company today, delivering great performance and growing professionally. I’m confident that Rock It Recruit is the best partner in the tech market.”

Rodrigo Tognini
“RockIt’s work is unique! Caio has the ability to understand the business challenge and context, while bringing people into the process with agility and a high level of qualification. We’ve worked together on several roles, and I’m always impressed by the process and the results.”

Joaquim Torres
“I’ve known Caio since 2018. We worked together at Gympass, where he was responsible for the Talent Acquisition team while I led the product area. He was essential to our growth strategy for engineering, data, design, and product teams, as we grew from 30 to over 250 people within one year. Beyond the obvious focus on speed, the quality of hires was also central — evidenced by our low turnover rate. I highly recommend Caio’s work!”
