Recognized worldwide, the Hogan methodology is backed by over 40 years of scientific research on personality and job performance, making it one of the most accurate and widely used assessment tools globally.

Strategic Compensation
Job Architecture and Compensation Design
MODULE I – Job Evaluation:
We begin with a thorough data collection process, including leadership interviews, analysis of internal policies, current compensation, and financial information. Based on this, we define job structures by complexity levels and job families, as well as career paths — including Y-path projections when applicable. We also develop comprehensive job descriptions covering responsibilities, CBO codes, and educational requirements.
MODULE II – Compensation Strategy:
We define relevant salary comparison markets, assess the competitiveness of the current compensation package (base salary, variable pay, and benefits), and propose strategies aligned with business goals. We present salary ranges, simulate financial scenarios, and support implementation by training the HR team on core concepts of compensation and salary management.
MODULE III – Short-Term Incentives:
We analyze the cultural context and performance drivers to design incentive models that are coherent with the organizational strategy. We establish eligibility criteria, accelerators, triggers, and funding rules, including impact simulations and trade-off scenarios. The module concludes with a detailed policy document and a full implementation guide with suggested stages and timeline.
